TERMS AND CONDITION
- For each reservation, a deposit of 50% is to be paid at least 2 months before your travel date
- Full payment must be made at least 1 month before travel date to secure the booking of your holiday
- The Prides Tour Sdn Bhd will not responsible for any cancellations due to late payment.
- The number of participants assigned to the package is the minimum of 2 persons. The package price will be reduced if the number of participants is more than 2 persons.
- The price of the package offered is for Malaysians only, and based on the price during low season only. Price for peak season (school holidays, public holidays, etc.) are different and subject to surcharges imposed by the hotel/resort.
- Prides Tour Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change prices and itinerary of package if there is a changes by the service provider (Hotel/Resort).
- Any cancellations and returns are subject to authorization by the service provider.
- General terms and conditions Prides Tour Sdn Bhd is used for each of the packages offered.
